Dr. Evan Schwalbe is board certified through the American Board of Professional Neuropsychology. He is a neuropsychologist specializing in neuropsychological evaluation and behavioral management of patients with neuropsychiatric disorders such as ADHD, traumatic brain injury, stroke, memory impairment, and dementia.
Neuropsychological assessments help to understand and clarify the nature of one’s cognitive complaint, whether it’s related to attention, memory, reasoning or processing speed.
The neuropsychologist interprets findings from neurocognitive, intellectual and personality measures and integrates those results with historical data and current functioning to determine the cause of the reported problem, and to provide helpful recommendations to improve functioning.
